Terms of Service
These terms apply to Gmail OTP Hub and its associated application. Effective date: 18 October 2026.
1. Service and operator
Gmail OTP Hub is a privately operated email productivity tool for retrieving OTPs from authorized Gmail accounts. Contact the administrator at [email protected]. By using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
2. Authorized use
Only connect accounts you own or have explicit permission to manage. Use codes only for legitimate account activity you are authorized to perform. Do not use the service to access another person's account without permission, bypass security controls, commit fraud, or violate applicable law or another service's terms.
3. Account and code security
You are responsible for controlling who can use your connected accounts, app interfaces, browser extensions, and other clients. Treat OTPs, access links, and credentials as confidential. Notify the operator promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Google authorization can be revoked through Google Account connections.
4. Availability and accuracy
Availability and code delivery depend on Gmail, network connectivity, and the operator's computers and configuration. Codes may be delayed, expired, incorrectly identified, or unavailable. Check the original email and intended account before using a code. The service may change, pause, or stop.
5. Suspension and ending use
The operator may restrict access to protect accounts, investigate misuse, or comply with legal requirements. You may stop using the service, revoke Google access, and request deletion as explained in the Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator disclaims implied warranties and liability for losses caused by outages, delayed codes, or misuse. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
