Access is intended for the operator and explicitly authorized users. You can revoke Google access and request deletion at any time.
The app uses Gmail IMAP with OAuth. Google requires the broad https://mail.google.com/ permission for this connection. That permission can allow reading, composing, sending, and permanently deleting email. Gmail OTP Hub uses the connection to read messages and retrieve codes; its OTP feature does not require sending or deleting email.
Review the permission screen before connecting. Only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
Gmail OTP Hub follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to deliver the app features described here. It is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train general-purpose AI models.
Read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service before using the app.
